1. No refunds without quality problems.
2. The returned items must be in an unused state together with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. Products that indicate non-returnable products (including some promotional products) and free-of-charge products are not returnable.
How to get a refund?
If there is a quality problem, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours after receiving the goods, and provide proof of the quality problem, such as photos or videos.
If the situation is true, we will contact you to return the package to our designated address, and we will arrange a refund for you within 7 working days after receiving your package.
1. We do not accept returned packages that use the cash on delivery service. The return shipping fee is non-refundable. We will reject the receipt if you send it on delivery.
2. Before you send the returned goods to us, please check carefully whether your returned goods are correct. We are not responsible for the return of non-BEQUEENDRESS products.
